ambiance: rustic feel, clean and open with some views limited to the first floor. Service: The wait was non existent ! Cameron who was professional, friendly and welcoming. He was attentive! Lamb sliders didn't have any flavor so i'd pass on those. Campfire wings & Chilli with green chilli fries were delicious!

Ordered the stroganoff to go, and price is decent, I think around $25. The sauce was kinda mediocre, lacked flavor, but noodles were good and the amount of beef and mushrooms.

The food and service are great! It is super convenient if you are headed to a show at the Paramount Theatre.

The icing on the cake of this Colorado trip was trying the infamous, novelty food item: Rocky Mountain Oysters. A cold beer and it was go time. The best way to describe Rocky Mountain Oysters is fried Calamari minus the fishy, ocean taste. They are quite pleasant. Deep fry anything and serve with ranch and lemon and it's delicious! The service at West Saloon & Kitchen were phenomenal. So friendly and excited to share the enthusiasm for Rocky Mountain Oysters, thank you!

The service we had from Aye before going to a concert at The Paramount was amazing. The food was good and the atmosphere was conducive to talking, yet what REALLY stood apart was our server. Aye is such a delight and we wanted for nothing and she seemed to genuinely care that we were well taken care of and enjoying ourselves. She deserves the highest praise! What an asset! First time there, but will definitely be back to West Saloon & Kitchen based on service alone. Thank you!

Cameron was a fantastic server and every meal was cooked to perfection. If you're in town make it a stop! Group of 11 and everyone was happy.

The most important thing you need to know: Get the chicken pot pie! You will not regret it! It was so good! Absolutely perfection! The staff were super friendly and accommodating, even going as far as turning down the music so that it wouldn't interfere with my boyfriend's hearing aids. This was an excellent experience overall and I'd definitely come back.

Loved the whole experience here! We were greeted warmly by the host and seated promptly by a window. The room is really cute and they had country music playing which is not my thing, but it wasn't too loud. Our server Brogan was super friendly, made excellent suggestions and was very attentive. I started with the Añejo Old Fashioned which was fantastic- nice smoky flavor to the tequila. For dinner I had the Wagon Wedge salad with a 3oz steak. The salad was fantastic- everything was cold and crisp and the blue cheese was excellent. My boyfriend had fish and chips with mashed potatoes instead of fries. The breading on the fish was really crispy with a great flavor and the fish was great. We ended with the cheesecake egg roll which was amazing and not too sweet. This will be the first place I go when I'm back in Denver.
